From this foundation, every stick of Trầm Maison incense follows a process defined by care and expertise:

1. Input Inspection & Provenance Control

We begin with agarwood harvested from mature Aquilaria trees in Khanh Hòa, where ideal soil and climate create resin of exceptional quality. Every piece is inspected for resin veins, density, and fragrance, and any inferior or artificially treated material is excluded. Provenance and purity are the foundation of our craft.

2. Fine Milling & Grading

After inspection, agarwood fragments and chips are milled into fine powder under controlled low-temperature conditions to preserve their natural essential oils. The powder is then sieved and graded to ensure the required fineness, aroma profile, and density before moving into production.

3. Natural Binding Without Additives

Trầm Maison uses only plant-based natural binders, such as the bark and leaves of the Litsea glutinosa tree (cây bời lời), which are safe for health and allow for a clean, pure burn. We strictly avoid synthetic fragrances, combustion accelerants, or fillers.

4. Forming & Precision Cutting

The agarwood powder, blended with natural binders, is processed through specialized equipment to create different product forms such as stick incense, cones, and coils. Once dried, the products are measured and trimmed to precise dimensions, ensuring consistent burn duration and removing any pieces that do not meet our standards.

5. Final Quality Inspection & Packaging

At the end of the production process, each batch undergoes rigorous testing: burn rate, smoke clarity, ash residue, and aroma consistency. Only products that meet the Maison Standard are packaged and delivered to our customers.
